Cancelling a subscription

Cancel whenever you like, from your account page — no email, no notice period. Your subscription runs to the end of the period you have already paid for and then stops renewing.

Every document you created while subscribed stays free of the SendPage footer permanently, so links already sent to your clients never change after you cancel.

Refunds

Payments are not refundable, including part-used subscription periods and single-document unlocks, except where the law requires a refund. Cancelling stops the next charge rather than refunding the last one.

Your statutory rights are unaffected by anything on this page.

If SendPage did not do what it says

That is different from changing your mind, and we would rather hear about it than have you dispute a charge. If a document would not convert, an export came out wrong, or you paid and the Pro features did not unlock, email loongnian714@gmail.com with the document link. We will fix it, and where we cannot, we will refund you.

Before you buy

The free plan gives you 5 documents a month with PDF and image export, so you can check that your documents convert the way you need before paying anything. A single document can be unlocked for $1 if you would rather not subscribe.
