Terms of service

These terms cover your use of SendPage. By creating a document or paying for a plan, you agree to them. They are written to be read, not to be impressive.

What SendPage does

You give us an HTML document. We host it, give you a link to share, generate a preview card for messaging apps, and convert the document to PDF, image or Word on request. That is the whole service.

Your documents stay yours

You keep all rights to what you upload. You give us permission to store, display and convert your document only so we can provide the service to you and the people you share the link with. We do not read your documents except as the software requires to render and convert them, and we never use them to train anything or show them to anyone you did not share them with.

Links are unlisted, not secret

Document links are random and are not indexed by search engines, but anyone who has the link can open the document. Treat a link like a shared file. For anything confidential, upgrade the document and set a password.

Your manage link contains an edit token. Anyone who has it can edit, export and delete-protect that document, so keep it private.

What you may not upload

Do not use SendPage to publish or distribute:

• · anything unlawful, or content you do not have the right to share;
• · pages that impersonate another person or business, collect passwords or payment details under false pretences, or otherwise work as phishing;
• · malware, or scripts intended to attack the reader's device or network;
• · sexual content involving minors, or content that promotes violence against people;
• · bulk unsolicited messaging, or content designed to evade spam filters.

We may remove a document and suspend an account for breaking these rules, without notice where the content is harmful. If you think we got it wrong, write to us.

Free plan limits

The free plan covers 5 documents a month and adds a small SendPage footer to the document and its exports. Documents are limited to 2 MB of HTML. We also apply rate limits to protect the service; if you hit one, the app tells you so plainly.

Paid plans

Pro costs $5 a month or $40 a year, charged in advance and renewing automatically until you cancel. A single document can instead be unlocked for a one-off $1.

Cancel at any time from your account page. Your subscription runs to the end of the period you have paid for and then stops. Documents you created while subscribed stay free of the footer permanently, including after you cancel — that promise is deliberate, so a link already sitting in a client's chat never changes.

Payments are handled by Stripe. Card details go to Stripe and never reach our servers. Refunds and cancellation are covered on the refunds page.

Availability

SendPage is provided as it is, without a guaranteed uptime or a promise that every document will convert perfectly. Word export in particular is best-effort: text and structure carry over, complex layouts may shift. We may change or discontinue features. If we discontinue the service altogether, we will give notice and time to export your documents.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or loss of data. Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.

Ending things

You can stop using SendPage whenever you like, and ask us to delete your documents. We may end your access if you break these terms or if we stop operating the service.

Changes

If we change these terms materially, we will update the date at the top and, for subscribers, say so by email before the change takes effect for you.
